How do I sign up to the app?

Enter the email address that the school contacts you on (or the one you have been receiving emails from. Follow our 3 step sign up process to complete your registration. Please be sure to follow our sign up steps carefully and don’t forget to accept our T’s & C’s.

Once you’ve signed into the app, you’ll be taken to the collections page. Here you can view your upcoming collections. You’ll notice that you will be able to pay for collections instantly or dismiss them if they do not apply to you or your child.

If you do not see any collections on your screen, it is most likely that you have not been linked to your child. To connect to your child simply head over to the Connections tab situated at the bottom of the app. If you still do not see your child, please give our support desk a call on 021 300 1867 and we will gladly assist in linking your child to your app.
