How do I edit my personal information?

We value it tremendously when users can edit their personal information if, for some reason, it isn’t correct. Whether it’s your name, email address or whether you prefer using your nickname, or even if you recently changed your surname, you can edit all of that information and it will be updated on our system in real-time.
To edit your personal information, follow the steps below.
• Once you have logged into your profile, select ‘Profile’ and then ‘My Profile’.
• Edit the particulars you wish to change, taking care to ensure that there are no spaces in the email address and that your mobile number contains the ‘+27’ prefix.
• You will then receive a notification confirming the change. Please tap ‘OK’ to complete this step.
