How to add a card
Adding a card will enable you to make quick, hassle-free payments for your collections on the app.
Instructions
Tap 'Profile'.
Tap 'My Wallet', which is the second option on the list. It will then open a screen showing your wallet balance.
Tap directly on your balance. A screen will appear with the following options: 'Add a Card' or 'Instant EFT with Ozow'. Please tap 'Add a Card'.
Follow the instructions to successfully add your card:
Card Description: Enter relevant details here which will help you recognise the card, e.g. ‘Mastercard Cheque’ or ‘Visa Credit’.
Card number: This is where you enter your 16-digit long card (or PAN) number. Please ensure that you capture it correctly, or the system will not add your card.
Expiry date: Please enter the two digits indicating the month and the last two digits indicating the expiry year of your card.
CVV: This is the last three digits located on the back of your card. These CVV numbers can be found anywhere, depending on who your issuing bank is, but is mostly located on the signature area below the magnetic card-reader strip.
Once you have added all these details, tap ‘Next’.
Once this step has been completed, a message will pop up, notifying you that a card has been added.
