How do I reset my password?

If you have an account already, but can’t remember your password, you can easily reset it via the app.
To do so, click login on the home screen and then tap Forgot your password? situated on the top right-hand corner of your screen.
An email will then be sent to you, you will be able to reset your password from the link in the email
To reset your password, follow the steps below.
• Once you have opened the app, tap ‘Log In’.
• If you cannot remember your password, tap ‘Forgot your password?' in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
• You will then receive a notification, confirming the password reset request and referring you to your email inbox for instructions.
• Click on the reset link, which will open a window prompting you to select a new password*.
Select your new password, taking care to ensure that the confirmation matches before tapping ‘Update Password’.
• Once you have successfully changed your password, you can then log into the app with your new details.
*Please ONLY use capital letters, small letters and numbers. No special characters (#$%^&*) or punctuation marks (!,.) are to be used. Also, please ensure that your new password contains at least 8 characters.
