Using Karri Internationally

The Karri Platform works worldwide – you can create and manage collections from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Similarly, the Karri App can be downloaded from any country and used to pay for collections.
Currently, we can only support organizations based in South Africa and Australia. For organizations based in other countries, contact our team and we’ll see if we can make it happen!
Due to the nature of the system, invitations and reminders are sent by email and where possible, via push notification, directly to the Karri App on a mobile phone. During the initial phase with new members and new subscribers, we will send SMSs for the first 3 collections of which they are part. The hope is that, by then, they will have switched over to the mobile app and can then take full advantage of the ‘free’ push notifications directly to their phone.
We are restricted in the countries to which we can send SMSs. This is due to the fact that our SMS service providers have difficulty delivering reliably in certain countries.
