How Karri treats user data
Karri does not rent or sell any user data. You own your data.
In certain instances, we need to share specific parts of your user information, such as a parent’s cellphone number, with our trusted service providers. This is necessary as part of our daily operations in order to provide exceptional service to you. For example, we work with services such as Intercom (our customer support platform) and Clickatell (to deliver SMS messages). We take the security and privacy of your user information very seriously. The complete list of reputable third-party service provides we work with can be provided to you upon request.
You can review your account information within the Karri App, or Karri Platform. You can also contact our Support team for your complete user profile.
Should you decide to delete your account, we will delete all of your information from our servers within 90 days. Safety is top of mind for us, so we keep the information temporarily in order to comply with any investigations or other issues. If you have performed financial transactions, we are unable to delete the account, but will unlink your profile from any other organization(s). According to legislation, we need to maintain financial records for five years for compliance reasons.
