Shopping Lists
This article shows you how to create shopping lists that you can add to your Shopping Lists Collections.
Here are some examples of Shopping Lists:
School Lunch: Chicken nuggets, pizza slices, fruit cup, juice box.
Clothing Shop: Hoodie, tracksuits, caps, keychains.
Concert: Adult ticket, child ticket, pizza slice.
Shopping List View
This is the usual landing page for listing and managing shopping lists.
[Back to Shop]
is a shortcut to switch back to the Shop Overview.[Samples]
is a menu that allows you to inject a sample shopping list into your account.[Item Database]
is a shortcut to Manage Shopping Items.[Item Categories]
is a shortcut to Manage Shopping Item Categories.
Filtering and Searching for Shopping Lists
Type the part of the list name.
Click and the list will be filtered to those lists that match.
Adding Shopping Lists
Ensure you have created most of your shopping list items before embarking on creating a shopping list!
Click [
+ New Shopping List
].Give the shopping list a name and click [
Submit]
.Then add the items you need to the list

Item Actions

- Add a header above the item, this allows you to create sections in your list to break up longer lists into more manageable parts.
📝- Open a browser tab to edit the list item.
🗑️- Remove the item from the list.
⏫- Move item to top of the list.
[🔼] - Move item to top of section.
🔼- Move item up one.
🔽- Move item down one.
⏬- Move item to bottom of list.
You are now ready to add your Shopping List(s) to a Collection.
Requires canViewItems and canEditItems permissions.
