Collections Overview
Collections are the core of the Karri platform, this page will show you all of the functions on a typical collection.
This is the landing page for listing and managing collections.
[Summary View]
is a shortcut to the Collection Summary View.
In this view you’ll see a stacked bar chart reflecting how many users have responded and their method of payment, hover over the graph for detail.
Filtering and Searching for Collections
Adjust the filter as needed and click to filter the list to show the collections that match.
Status
Use the [Status]
filter to narrow down the list to the collections in that status. See Collections Explained for more information on these various states.
Type
Use the [Type]
filter to narrow down the list to the collections of that type. See Types of Collections for more information on these various types.
Name Search
Use the Name filter to restrict the list to collections whose names match what you type.
Quick filter
This is the current active list filter, all the filter operations above take place after this filter takes effect.

: Show all collections that have not been archivedActive
: Show collections that, in the recommended collection workflow, we consider active: collections that are NOT archived and in open, closed, pending, reviewing, payout extended, or settled state.Open and Pending
: Show open, closed, extended collections or recent collections in pending, reviewing, or payout.Waiting for Payout
: Show collections that are waiting for payout. This is a rare state for most organizations as collections are typically paid on collection end.Last 90 Days
: Restrict the list to collections that closed in the last 90 days.Archived
: Show all collections that have been archivedLimited to Join
: Show all collections with a privacy setting of LimitedPublic to Join
: Show all collections with a privacy setting of Public
Creating Collections
Click on [+ New Collection] and follow the Create a Collection guide.
Viewing and Managing Collections
Click on the collection you want to manage and follow the Manage a collection guide.
Removing/Cancelling a Collection
Mistakes happen, you can cancel a Pending
or Under Review
collection by viewing the collection and changing its status to Cancelled
Requires canViewCollections and canEditCollections permissions.
