Dashboard

The Dashboard is a visual overview of your organization. Here, you can easily access live statistics about your organization including the number of open collections, collections waiting for review, adoption rate and more. On the left-hand side of your dashboard under Recent News, you’ll see the newsfeed. This is populated by the Karri team and is filled with handy tutorials and the latest news. To navigate away from the Dashboard, use the menu on the left-hand side of the page.

Open collections

An open collection is a collection that is available for payment. Review Collections Explained for more information about the stages a collection goes through.

Collections waiting for review

These are collections that have been submitted to the Karri Team for review prior to being open for collection.

Adoption Rate

Adoption rate is the percentage of members/students that have used Karri to pay for a collection.

Collected via Karri (versus Total Collected)

Karri allows you to show what amounts were collected via cash, EFT (bank transfer) and card directly at the organization so you have one place to reconcile the collection. This statistic allows you to see how much was collected by Karri versus the Total Collected.

Daily and Monthly Karri Transactions

These are graphical views of the number of transactions that your organization has experienced over the period.
