Lists

Lists are a useful way of grouping collections of members. Members can belong to multiple lists at the same time.

Here are some typical examples of lists:

  • Choir

  • Basketball u17

  • Chess Club

  • Term 3 Table Tennis

Lists are also used in the school context to group students into Grades and Classes, e.g.

  • Grade 4

  • Class 3A

This allows Karri to extract students' grades and classes for use in reports and filters:

Karri only does this for lists that are named prefixed with 'Grade ' or 'Class '.
The labels are case-sensitive, so do not use grade 3!
