List View

This is the usual landing page for listing and managing agreements.

When you first arrive the list will be missing, but once you add one you will be presented with something similar to this:

Filtering and Searching for Agreements

  1. Type part of the agreement name.

  2. It will automatically filter to those items that match.

  3. Use the pagination buttons on the right to move from one page to the next.

Adding Agreements

  1. Click [+ New Agreement].

  2. Fill in the information for the new agreement. e.g.

  3. The Confirmation Type refers to how you want the user to confirm acceptance, we don’t just want them to click a button to say accept, we need to have at least some indication that they read it.

    1. Checkbox displays a checkbox that the user must check as well in order to accept.

    2. Text Confirmation displays an input box that the user has to type in the word confirm in order to accept.

  4. Questions (optional) is a section where you can attach questions to the agreement that you’d like the user to input (all optional for now). There are a number of pre-defined questions which can be selected and then there is also the option of custom questions.

    1. Select the question and then click Add to position the question.

    2. You can edit the question label as needed.

    3. The arrows allow you to move the questions up and down in the list.

  5. Click Submit to save the new form

Because the agreement has to appear correctly on a multitude of mobile devices, we severely restrict the amount of formatting that can be applied. That said, it is always good to review the collection after it has been opened to confirm that it reads well.

Changes to the agreement take effect on the next attempt to display the form.
