Setting up Karri

Now that you’re on Karri, how do you go about setting it up so you can use it?

Step 0 - Play around.

Click around the Karri Platform, get a feel for where everything is. Find something interesting, use this knowledge-base to investigate and discover what and how Karri does things.

Step 1 - Add another Admin

It is always best practice to ensure that you are not the only person who knows how to use Karri. Share the process and add at least one more administrator Managing Staff

Step 2 - Add some more staff

While you’re there, add the rest of the staff that will be using the system and put them into their own Staff Groups.

Step 3 - Add some members

If you already have a database of your members, export them and put them into our standard format so you can import them into Karri.

Alternatively, if you don’t have an existing database, you can add members and subscribers manually.

Step 4 - You’re Ready!

That’s it, you can now create your first Collection!
